Privacy Policy

Your videos remain yours. Creator Cut Lab collects only what is reasonably needed to run accounts, editing, usage limits, referrals and optional integrations.
Account information
We may process your name, email, creator profile credentials, plan, usage, referral attribution, support messages and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Video and transcript data
A temporary raw copy may be uploaded to Cloudflare R2 for transcription and processing. The service is designed to remove temporary raw processing copies after successful transcription. Final rendering is designed to happen in your browser unless a feature clearly states otherwise.
Google Drive
If you choose to connect Google Drive, Creator Cut Lab uses Google OAuth authorization to save finished exports to your designated Drive folder. During owner testing, Google may request Drive file-management permission so the app can write directly to that folder. The Drive access token is held in the browser session and is not designed to be stored in the Creator Cut Lab backend. You can revoke the app in your Google account permissions.
Providers
The service currently relies on providers including Cloudflare, Deepgram and, when you connect it, Google Drive. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention
Account, usage and referral records may be kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for operations, accounting, disputes and fraud prevention.
