You keep ownership of your content. Creator Cut Lab receives only the limited permission needed to provide the features you request. The service does not guarantee views, sales, GMV or platform approval.
Your content
You retain your rights in the videos, audio, transcripts and other material you submit. You grant Creator Cut Lab and its service providers limited permission to host, transmit, transcribe, transform and process that material only as needed to provide requested features.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to process the content you submit. You remain responsible for reviewing exports, platform compliance, advertising disclosures and the accuracy of claims in published content.
Accounts and paid features
Usage limits, feature access and prices may change as the product develops. Paid features will not be charged without a clear purchase or authorization step. Quick Bulk Edit is an advanced feature and may have separate access rules from the standard editor.
Referrals
The public referral program is not yet open for payable commissions. Commission eligibility, payout timing, refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, taxes and payout rules will be published before referral payouts begin.
No performance guarantee
Creator Cut Lab does not guarantee distribution, virality, sales, revenue, affiliate acceptance or other business outcomes.
Availability
The service may change, pause or discontinue features while being developed. We may limit access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance or service stability.
